I’m frustrated with “experts” who create cookie cutter models of coaching and treat all their clients the same.

In coaching, I play chess, not checkers. Everyone is unique. You have the gold inside of you, I simply come alongside you to help pull it out, show it off and let you shine.

My goal is simple: inspire, motivate, challenge and equip you to move from where you ARE to where you KNOW you can be.  May this website, videos and resources be beginning of a lifelong conversation between us.
